Python Job: Data Scientist (m-f-d)

You conduct data science and data analysis projects at our clients. This includes project management tasks, dealing with clients and the data analysis itself.

• Conduct data science projects.
• Data collection, data processing and data analysis.
• Development and utilization of state of the art algorithms in the fields of machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining and AI.
• Communication with the client on a technical and operative level.

Your profile:

• university degree (or PHD) in mathematics or business arithmetics, (business) informatics, (biological) statistics or a similar specialization, ideally with a focus on data science or machine learning
• Min. 1 year of professional experience in data science projects
• very good knowledge of programming in Python and R
• very good knowledge in using statistical methods, understand of machine learning algorithms (e.g. clustering, regression method, support vector machines, decision trees and random forests, text mining and neuronal networks)
• experience in working with big data architectures (Apace Hadoop, Hive, Spark) is a plus
• preferably experience in project management
• good command of English (C1) and German (B1)
• willing to travel
• Independent work
• High motivation and commitment
• High ability to work in a team
